Construction on 67th Avenue NE in Marysville starts on August 12, aiming to enhance pedestrian accessibility and roadway quality. The first phase will involve a full closure of the southbound lane, while one lane will remain open in each direction for local traffic. Access to west-side neighborhoods will continue, although delays are anticipated. Mid-September will see construction shift to the northbound lane, with ADA ramp work occurring at 88th Street NE. Paving is set for the first week of October, expected to last 2-3 days.

The project will not include night work to minimize disruption. Completion is anticipated by late October, improving safety for pedestrians and traffic flow. This project reflects ongoing efforts to enhance infrastructure in the city.
