67th Avenue NE roadwork starts Aug. 12

Marysville, WALocal News

Construction on 67th Avenue NE in Marysville begins August 12, focusing on improving pedestrian accessibility and roadway quality. The city’s contractor, Bayshore Construction, will replace ADA ramps and overlay the roadway with new pavement. During the first phase, the southbound lane will close entirely for ramp demolition while allowing one lane in each direction. Residents should anticipate delays and use alternate routes. Mid-September will see grinding in the center and northbound lanes, with closure of the northbound lane for additional ramp work.

Paving is planned for the first week of October, expected to be completed in 2-3 days. The entire project is slated for completion by late October. Throughout all phases, pedestrian access will remain available.
