Ramp closures and lane reductions scheduled for work on Lynnwood Link Extension

Sound Transit contractor crews will enact a series of lane and ramp closures in Lynnwood to support the Lynnwood Link Extension project. The northbound I-405 off-ramp to southbound I-5 will be closed from 11 p. m. June 21 until 4 a. m.

June 22. Furthermore, the right lane on southbound I-5 will be affected nightly from 9 p. m. to 4 a. m.

between June 21 and June 23. The eastbound and westbound 164th Street Southwest on-ramps to southbound I-5 will close from 10 p. m. June 22 until 4 a. m.

June 23. Additionally, the northbound I-5 off-ramp to westbound SR 104 will close from 9 p. m. June 26 until 5 a. m.

June 27. These closures are essential for the safe and efficient progression of the transportation infrastructure improvements. Commuters are advised to seek alternate routes and allow extra travel time. The Lynnwood Link Extension aims to enhance public transit options in the area, ultimately benefiting local residents and visitors.
