The South County cold weather shelter will operate at Maple Park Church in Lynnwood on Nov. 30, due to anticipated temperatures below 34°. This opening follows a previously announced shelter operation on Nov. 29, ensuring support for individuals experiencing homelessness in the area. Community Transit and Everett Transit facilitate free transportation to the shelter, simplifying access for those in need.

A designated van will pick up guests at Lynnwood City Hall, James Village, and Value Village starting at 7 p. m. Check-in for the shelter occurs from 7-9 p. m. , with the center enforcing a strict no-admission policy after 9 p.
