Lynnwood, WALocal News

Title Boxing Club launched its first boxing fitness class in Lynnwood at the Alderwood Crossing Shopping Center, attracting nearly 20 participants eager to engage with the sport. Owner Andrew R. Brown, who opened his first club in Redmond in 2018, chose Lynnwood to serve a community he perceives as underserved in fitness options. Coach Nathalie Ariadne, with over six years of Muay Thai experience, led the class and emphasized how boxing builds strength and confidence among participants. Jeremy Davis, director of franchise sales, highlighted that Lynnwood's demographics match those of successful boxing fitness clubs in other cities, focusing on education, income, and gender ratios.

Both Brown and Ariadne are committed to creating a vibrant fitness community in Lynnwood. Brown acknowledged his team's resilience, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, and plans to engage in local activities and support nonprofit initiatives. The club currently employs 10 staff members, including nine trainers, and offers diverse classes that blend boxing, kickboxing, and MMA techniques. This initiative reflects a growing trend towards community-focused fitness solutions.
