Lynnwood Municipal Court Administrator Paulette Revoir announces retirement

Paulette Revoir will retire as the court administrator for Lynnwood Municipal Court in June 2025, marking the end of a remarkable 30-year career in Washington’s judicial system. As director of court administration since 2013, she has spearheaded advancements in court operations and access to justice, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Presiding Judge Valerie Bouffiou commended Revoir for her professionalism and compassion, noting that her impact on the community will be felt for years to come. Her leadership extended beyond Lynnwood, where she served as president of the District and Municipal Court Management Association and received the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award. Judge Kim Walden acknowledged Revoir's instrumental role in advancing a unified court case management system.

Revoir began her judicial career in the early 1990s and has held various leadership roles, including director of district court administration in Snohomish County. Her collaborative approach and commitment to judicial independence have made her a key figure in local and statewide initiatives. Former Lynnwood Mayor Nicola Smith described her as a valuable member of the executive leadership team, emphasizing her dedication to community service.
