Top strength and conditioning experts to gather at regional conference in Lynnwood June 14-15

Edmonds College will host the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Northwest Regional Conference on June 14-15, drawing strength coaches and fitness professionals. The event occurs at the Black Box Theater from 9 a. m. to 5 p. m.

each day. Attendees will learn from experts about evidence-based training, athletic performance, and injury prevention. Catherine King, NSCA’s Northwest regional coordinator, and Federick “Fed” Brooks, owner of Sound Sports Performance and Training, will lead the conference. Brooks remarked on the rare opportunity to connect with top minds in the field. Registration is available both onsite and online, making it accessible to a wider audience.

Founded in 1978, the NSCA supports professionals through certifications and educational events. This conference highlights the importance of professional development in the fitness industry.
