Edmonds School District summer learning opportunities for 2025

The Edmonds School District announces summer learning opportunities for students, emphasizing registration is now open. The Summer Music School will run weekdays from June 26 to July 16, catering to choir and instrumental students aged 10 and older. High School Summer School, available from June 30 to July 31, offers credit recovery and new credit options for students in grades 9-12, with remote coursework and lab support. Two invitation-only programs will assist multilingual learners: the New to English Multilingual Summer Program focuses on language development, while the Pre-Algebra Power Up course aims to enhance foundational math skills. The Extended School Year (ESY) program will also be available for students qualifying through their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

Families of eligible students will be contacted directly regarding participation. These summer programs are designed to support students' educational needs and facilitate a successful transition into the next academic year. By offering diverse options, the district aims to address various learning requirements and foster academic growth.
