Edmonds School Board to recognize spring sports athletes June 10

The Edmonds School Board plans to honor high school athletes for their seasonal achievements during a meeting on June 10. Athletic Director Angie McGuire will lead the recognition, which also features a celebration of the board's student advisors. The agenda includes seven items for vote, notably revised nondiscrimination policies and contracts for various school projects. A significant item is a bid award to Kirtley-Cole Associates for the Edmonds-Woodway High School Multipurpose Fieldhouse project, aimed at enhancing facilities for students. The board will also vote on a contract with Security Solutions NW for fire alarm replacements at multiple schools.
