Rodriguez, and an unidentified male passenger suffered injuries and were transported to Harborview Medical Center. Neither occupant wore a seatbelt at the time of the crash, raising concerns about safety practices. The Washington State Patrol is investigating the incident, with the cause still unknown, and it remains unclear if drugs or alcohol contributed to the crash.
