Two injured in rollover crash near SR 525 ramp and I-5 in Lynnwood

A red 2000 Ford Mustang left the highway and rolled onto its roof, blocking the ramp to SR 525 in Lynnwood. The driver, 21-year-old Andrew J. Rodriguez, and an unidentified male passenger suffered injuries and were transported to Harborview Medical Center. Neither occupant wore a seatbelt at the time of the crash, raising concerns about safety practices. The Washington State Patrol is investigating the incident, with the cause still unknown, and it remains unclear if drugs or alcohol contributed to the crash.

The vehicle was deemed a total loss and subsequently removed from the scene. No other vehicles were involved, highlighting the isolated nature of the accident.
