20 students to compete in finals audition for 2025 Lynnwood Idol June 1

On June 1, twenty K-12 students from the Edmonds School District will compete in the final auditions of Lynnwood Idol at Edmonds College. The event will feature performances from grades K-5 at 11 a. m. and grades 6-12 at 2 p. m.

Judging the competition will be Cheryl Serio, the lead singer of Abbagraphs, actor Jake Hanson, and Joshua Hoffman from the School of Rock. This free event is open to the public, providing an excellent opportunity for community engagement. Free parking is available in Lots O and P, making attendance convenient. The competition allows local students to showcase their talents and gain performance experience. Events like Lynnwood Idol contribute to the cultural vibrancy of the region, highlighting the importance of arts in education.
