Get dancing with Sno-King International Folk Dance Club in June

Sno-King International Folk Dance Club offers weekly folk dancing sessions every Wednesday at 7 p. m. throughout June at the Cedar Valley Grange in Lynnwood. Beginners can join an introductory class at 6:30 p. m.

before the main session, which features a mix of no-partner, couple, and set dances. Dances from Scotland, Greece, Romania, and likely Bulgaria will be highlighted this month. On June 11, the club will focus solely on teaching a set dance at 6:45 p. m. , foregoing the beginner class.

A special dance party is scheduled for June 14 from 7-9 p. m. , where participants are invited to bring snacks and dress in folk attire. Admission costs $8, while first-time attendees can join for free. This community event fosters cultural exchange and encourages social interaction through dance.
