Lynnwood, WALocal News

On May 28, Red Robin in Everett will host a fundraiser for the Lynnwood Heroes Café, donating a portion of sales from 11 a. m. to 7 p. m. This nonprofit, led by Executive Director Gary Walderman, focuses on supporting veterans in need through outreach programs.

The café meets monthly with around 100 veterans and supporters to discuss assistance efforts. Guests are encouraged to inform their servers about their participation in the fundraiser to ensure donations are made. To further incentivize support, Red Robin has provided coupons for discounts and complimentary appetizers, desserts, or milkshakes with certain purchases. Coupons can be picked up at the Heroes Café meeting at New Life Church in Lynnwood on May 27. This initiative highlights the importance of community support for local veterans, particularly in South Snohomish County.

The collaboration between Red Robin and Heroes Café aims to address the needs of homeless veterans and those facing hardship.
