Edmonds College Art Gallery spring exhibition showcases student artists

The Edmonds College Art Gallery will host the Student Art Show from May 9 to June 20, featuring four emerging artists: Yazmine Hoelscher, Sam Rimado, Jesus Sanchez Cruz, and Liu Watson. The exhibition showcases a range of mediums, including mixed media, painting, digital art, and installations, with some artists creating new works specifically for the gallery space. Faculty chair Audineh Asaf highlighted the artists' dedication to growth and their innovative approaches. The opening reception on May 9 from 2:30 to 4 p. m.

will include live accordion music by student Davis Callan and demonstrations by the featured artists. This exhibition aims to celebrate student creativity and promote community engagement in the arts. The gallery is situated on the third floor of Lynnwood Hall, 20000 68th Ave. W. , Lynnwood.
