Lynnwood, WALocal News

Gallery North launches "Mystic Intersections," a solo multimedia show by Anne Prather, from May 1-31. The exhibit reflects Prather's artistic journey following her breast cancer battle in 2015. She adapts to her changing eyesight by utilizing a color picker, allowing her to mix colors like a painter. “In my head I still have 20/20 vision,” Prather states, emphasizing her unique perspective. The show features her designs across textiles, paperweights, and bags, illustrating her art's integration into daily life.

An artist's reception is scheduled for May 3 from 1-4 p. m. , providing attendees a chance to meet Prather. Additionally, she will participate in the Edmonds Art Walk on May 15 from 5-8 p. m.

Gallery North, established over 50 years ago, continues to promote local art in Edmonds.
