Washington State Ferries to detail summer service during May 21- 22 online community meetings

Washington State Ferries will host two virtual community meetings on May 21 at noon and May 22 at 6 p. m. to discuss summer service plans and fare proposals. WSF leaders will provide updates on new projects, an updated service plan, and progress on constructing new ferries. Participants must register for the meetings that work best for them, with both sessions covering the same material.

Attendees can ask questions during the sessions and submit comments via email prior to the meetings. Video recordings will be available afterward on WSF’s community participation page for those who cannot attend. Free internet access is available to those lacking broadband service in various locations throughout the state. This initiative aims to enhance community engagement and ensure public input in transportation planning. Washington State Ferries continues to prioritize transparency and accessibility in its operations.
