Homage Senior Services appointed Alicia Crank as its new senior manager of philanthropy, leveraging over 25 years of expertise in nonprofit leadership and corporate relations. Crank will manage all aspects of philanthropy and marketing communications for the organization, which has served over 25,000 older adults and individuals with disabilities in Snohomish County for more than 50 years. Her focus will be on expanding donor networks and enhancing community awareness to improve service delivery for vulnerable populations. “This work is deeply personal for me,” Crank stated, highlighting the importance of connection in driving change. Juli Rose, the interim CEO, emphasized that Crank's experience and energy would significantly benefit the organization's growth.

Crank's career includes leadership roles at Seattle CityClub and various nonprofit organizations, where she has been a prominent figure in fundraising. Notably, she led a year-long campaign for a Seattle nonprofit and founded multiple civic engagement initiatives. Crank currently serves as treasurer for two foundations and has held leadership positions on local boards, showcasing her commitment to community service.
