Sound Transit spring 2025 service changes to Link light rail and Express buses

Sound Transit is poised to implement a series of service changes in Spring 2025, aimed at improving bus and rail performance to better serve the community. Effective March 29, the Link 1 Line will undergo schedule adjustments, while ST Express services will see notable changes, including two additional trips on route 510 and schedule tweaks for routes 512 and 513. The opening of the new Federal Way Downtown Station bus loop on March 30 will enhance the overall transit experience for riders. Furthermore, on May 10, the Link 2 Line will expand its reach to Downtown Redmond, providing frequent service every ten minutes. This expansion includes two new stations, Downtown Redmond and Marymoor Village.

Sound Transit emphasizes the importance of staying informed about these changes, encouraging riders to visit their website for detailed information. For additional support, the agency offers Passenger Care services and language assistance to cater to diverse ridership needs.
