In mid-December, Helen's Donuts and Ice Cream, a beloved Tacoma donut shop, fell victim to vandalism when three teenagers threw rocks and shattered a window. In a show of community support, TN Glass and Windows stepped in to repair the damage for free, saving the shop owner approximately $2,000. Joshua Fairburn from TN Glass highlighted the importance of giving back, allowing the owner to focus on family during the holiday season. This incident not only underscores the challenges faced by local businesses but also the positive impact of community involvement. Tacoma Police are actively seeking leads on the unidentified vandals, urging anyone with information to come forward.
