Verdant Health offering free Zumba fitness class every Monday in Lynnwood

The Verdant Health Commission is introducing a free women’s Zumba fitness class every Monday evening at the Verdant Community Wellness Center, starting January 6, from 6:30-7:30 p. m. These classes aim to foster community spirit while encouraging women to stay active. With no registration required, participants can easily drop in and join any week. The Zumba sessions combine fitness with fun, providing a supportive environment for women of all fitness levels.

The wellness center, located at 4710 196th St. S. W. in Lynnwood, is dedicated to promoting health and wellness in the community. This initiative not only offers a chance to improve physical fitness but also creates opportunities for social interaction among participants, reflecting Verdant Health's ongoing commitment to enhancing the quality of life for residents and inspiring women to incorporate more physical activity into their daily lives.
