Wesco announces All-League volleyball teams

Wesco has announced its All-League 4A and 3A/2A girls high school volleyball teams, celebrating the remarkable performances of high school athletes in the region. Glacier Peak High School led the Class 4A list with six players recognized on the first and second teams, showcasing their strength in the conference. Laura Eichert, awarded the Herald All-Area Player of the Year, secured a first-team position, solidifying her status as a top player in Washington state volleyball. The second team includes talented athletes from various schools, highlighting the competitive spirit of the area. In the 3A/2A North division, players from Everett and Monroe also earned first-team honors, acknowledging their contributions.

The conference also recognized coaching excellence, with Rose Granroth of Arlington receiving the Coach of the Year award, reflecting the supportive environment created by dedicated coaches. These announcements not only honor individual achievements but also strengthen community ties through a shared love for high school sports, elevating the profile of girls' volleyball in the region and inspiring future athletes.
