Man injured in drive-by shooting near Lynnwood

In a concerning incident in Lynnwood, a 41-year-old man was shot in the leg during a drive-by shooting early Tuesday morning. The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call around 8 a. m. from a bystander who heard gunfire and found the victim. Fortunately, his injuries were reported as non-life-threatening.

As the investigation progressed, deputies found bullet holes in a nearby vehicle and an apartment, indicating multiple rounds were fired. Despite the urgency, authorities had not identified any suspects or the vehicle involved by 10:20 a. m. This incident has raised alarms within the community, leading to discussions about safety measures and increased vigilance among residents.
