According to the Lynnwood Police Department, Henderson was driving north on 66th Avenue W when he reportedly ignored a stop sign at a 'T' intersection, leading him off the sidewalk and into the building. The crash resulted in significant structural damage to the apartment complex, raising concerns about the safety of the residents. Emergency responders pronounced Henderson dead at the scene due to multiple blunt traumatic injuries, as confirmed by the Snohomish County Medical Examiner's Office.
