Charges: Roommate stabbed Lynnwood man who tried to kick him out

Jordan Green, a 17-year-old from Mill Creek, has been charged with second-degree murder following the fatal stabbing of his roommate, Brandon Lloyd, 32, during a dispute over eviction at their Lynnwood residence on February 26. The confrontation escalated after Lloyd attempted to evict Green, leading to Green allegedly stabbing Lloyd in the neck. Witnesses described the scene as chaotic, with Lloyd questioning why he was attacked before succumbing to his injuries. Emergency responders pronounced him dead shortly after arriving. Green was arrested on March 6 after authorities identified him from surveillance footage, and he is currently held in the Denney Juvenile Justice Center.

His bail is set at $500,000, and he will be transferred to adult jail upon turning 18. This case underscores the tragic consequences of domestic disputes and violence.
