Lynnwood, WALocal News

Holman, a well-established automotive group based in New Jersey, is expanding its operations in Washington through the acquisition of land in Lynnwood, where the Lexus of Seattle dealership is located, for $19. 8 million, confirmed by the Snohomish County Assessor’s Office. Holman has owned the Lexus dealership since 2016 and has recently expanded its local presence with the acquisition of Land Rover Lynnwood, indicating a strategic move to solidify its foothold in the region. The company has emphasized that this land acquisition is solely related to the property and does not affect the dealership's ownership. Founded in 1924, Holman has become a major player in the automotive service industry, employing nearly 9,000 workers across North America, including in the UK and Germany.

This expansion aligns with Holman's diverse service offerings, which include fleet management, leasing, and commercial vehicle equipment manufacturing. As the automotive market grows increasingly competitive, Holman’s commitment to growth in Washington reflects its ambition to enhance service delivery and customer experience, underscoring its investment in the region and the importance of automotive services in local economies.
