Local volunteers are stepping up to assist homeowners in Snohomish County by hosting a seminar on September 24 at the Edmonds Waterfront Center. This event focuses on the property tax exemption program, which is available for seniors and disabled individuals with a disposable income of $75,000 or less after deducting medical expenses. Attendees can learn about the eligibility criteria and receive application forms during two separate sessions offered at 2 p. m. and 3 p.
