Election 2025 Incumbents Mayor Frizzell, Josh Binda still trailing Thursday

Lynnwood Mayor Christine Frizzell and Councilmember Josh Binda continue to trail their opponents in the latest election results. As of Thursday, Councilmember George Hurst leads with 3,755 votes (51. 46%), increasing his margin from 175 votes to 244 votes since Tuesday. Incumbent Derica Escamilla holds a commanding lead in City Council Position 1 with 4,200 votes (58. 91%).

In Position 2, Isabel Mata extended her lead over Ki Seung Cho to 130 votes, with Mata at 3,648 votes (50. 79%) compared to Cho's 3,518 (48. 98%). Newcomer Bryce Owings surpassed incumbent Josh Binda in Position 3, with Owings receiving 3,792 votes (53. 20%) compared to Binda's 3,254 (45.
