S. adults know someone who has died from a drug overdose.
This conference will offer tools and education for first responders, clinicians, and community members dealing with traumatic loss. Featured speakers include Dr. Ted Rynearson and Dr. Steve Juergens, who will explore the grief associated with addiction. Paula Becker and Dr.
Barry Becker will share their family's story of addiction and loss, while Jennifer Levin, PhD, will discuss her workbook on traumatic loss. Tickets are priced at $65 for in-person attendance and $35 for virtual participation, with pre-registration required.
