Sounder train available for Mariners vs. Athletics game Aug. 24

Sound Transit’s Sounder train will run special service for the Seattle Mariners' game against the Athletics on Aug. 24. The train departs Everett at 10:45 a. m. , with a stop in Edmonds at 11:11 a.

m. , and arrives at King Street Station at 11:44 a. m. Fans can return on the train, which leaves 45 minutes after the game concludes. This service is part of Sound Transit’s efforts to improve public transit access to major sporting events.

Additional transit options include Link light rail, ST Express buses, and King County Metro service to T-Mobile Park.
