More weekend bus service coming to Snohomish County with Aug. 30 service change

Community Transit will enhance weekend bus service in Snohomish County starting August 30, adding 95 new trips on Saturdays and 98 on Sundays, marking increases of 8. 5% and 9. 2%, respectively. Weekday service will also see an addition of 46 new trips on some of the busiest routes, including Swift bus rapid transit lines. New stops or changes will occur on routes 109, 424, and 907, with Route 109 set to serve the new Cathcart Park & Ride when it opens.

This new facility will provide vital access for residents in the Cathcart and Silver Firs areas. Riders can preview the updated schedules and maps on the Community Transit website. The Plan My Trip online tool will assist in creating customized trip plans. Customer Care is available for personalized assistance via email or phone. On Labor Day, September 1, Community Transit and Sound Transit will operate on a Sunday schedule.
