The team, comprising Amelia Faber, Sloane Franks, Madeline Kost, and Amara Leckie, finished the weekend unbeaten with a 5-0 record, outscoring opponents 98-28. They clinched the championship with a decisive 20-3 victory against the Fire Hawks. Having played together since fifth grade, the girls are eager to continue their basketball journey as they join the E-W Warriors this winter. The tournament, which attracts nearly 300 players annually, showcases local talent and fosters community engagement.

In related news, Lynnwood High School's girls basketball coach Eddie McFerrin resigned after leading the Royals for five seasons, with a record of 47-49.
