Leadership Snohomish County welcomes new executives opens applications for fall program

Leadership Snohomish County appointed Adrianne Wagner as acting CEO and Kathy Solberg as chief strategic officer to enhance community leadership. Both leaders are well-respected figures in Snohomish County, recognized for their prior contributions to LSC. Josh Estes, co-chair of the LSC Board, described them as community builders and visionary thinkers. The organization stressed the significance of investing in leadership programs during uncertain times, focusing on relationships and collaboration. Applications for the Fall 2025 Signature Class are now open, aiming to develop community-minded leaders through personal growth and understanding of civic impact.

The program emphasizes equity in its curriculum and has produced over 1,000 alumni leaders who influence the region's future. Interested candidates can apply or nominate leaders via the LSC website until August 1, 2025. Additionally, Leadership Day 2025 is scheduled for October 14 at Tulalip Resort and Casino, with further details to be announced.
