Her store not only surpassed turnover goals but also achieved over 85% on performance metrics during holiday visits. Originally from Peru, Vasquez transitioned from nursing to grocery management upon moving to the U. S. , where she discovered a passion for helping others.

QFC President Brent Stewart commended her for embodying the values of leadership and compassion. She has led significant charitable efforts, including one of QFC’s largest turkey donations and active participation in the Holiday Hunger Program. These contributions have positioned her store among the top sellers for food donations to local food banks.
