Capt. Stacy Wuthier of Naval Station Everett will deliver the keynote address. This ceremony, open to the public, invites the community to come together to commemorate the sacrifices made by military personnel.

The event is significant as it marks the inaugural ceremony, with the Port announcing plans to make it an annual observance.
