Everett Fred Meyer Pharmacy Robbed at Gunpoint, Suspects Still on the Loose

Two men robbed a pharmacy at the Fred Meyer store in Everett, Washington, around 10:30 a. m. on Sunday morning. The suspects, described as Hispanic males aged 20s and 40s to 50s, brandished a handgun while demanding Oxycontin from the pharmacist. Everett Police, assisted by the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office, searched for the suspects, who allegedly fled west on Casino Road.

Despite their efforts, including a K-9 unit, law enforcement could not track the men further. Detectives are actively investigating the incident, highlighting the urgency of the situation. The pharmacy robbery raises concerns about safety in local businesses and the community. Authorities encourage anyone who may have seen something suspicious in the area at the time to report it.
