Partner Announcement Free federal grant application workshops for clean energy grants

Everett, WALocal News

The Washington Department of Commerce is facilitating free workshops in November under the Federal Funds Grant Writing Assistance Program (FFGWAP) to aid local organizations in obtaining federal funding for clean energy projects. The initiative responds to the significant funding opportunities presented by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and the Inflation Reduction Act. Workshops will address critical topics such as grant writing techniques and project design. Scheduled sessions will be held on November 18 in Bellingham and November 19 in Everett, with a third workshop planned for the Seattle area on November 20. Registration is required by November 12, and participants are urged to limit attendance to two per organization to accommodate others.

This program aims to enhance equity, innovation, and job creation in Washington's clean energy sector. Attendees will also have the chance to network with peers in the field. Comprehensive details about the workshops can be found on the registration page.
