Help Shape the Future of Transit in Everett

Everett, WALocal News

Everett Transit announces a push for community engagement in shaping its Long-Range Plan, which will guide transit development through 2045. The plan seeks input from residents, riders, and anyone interested in the future of local transportation. To facilitate participation, Everett Transit has launched an online survey and scheduled multiple community events in July. These events, including those at the Everett Farmers Market and the Evergreen Branch Library, aim to gather diverse perspectives. The Long-Range Plan will address growth in fixed-route bus service, on-demand services, and fleet resilience.

Residents unable to attend can still voice their opinions through phone calls or emails. This outreach is part of Everett Transit’s mission to enhance connectivity and safety in the community. The survey remains open until July 31, 2025, providing ample opportunity for input.
