November 14 Traffic Advisory

Boston, MALocal News

Boston's upcoming events will lead to parking restrictions and street closures throughout November 2025, specifically for the Girls on the Run Road Race on November 16 and the Camp Harbor View 5K on November 22. The Girls on the Run race will kick off at 9:00 AM on Charles Street, featuring a route that includes Boylston and Commonwealth Avenue. The Camp Harbor View 5K will also begin on Charles Street, directing participants onto Beacon and Arlington Streets. Key streets will face parking restrictions, including both sides of Beacon Street and sections of Boylston Street. Participants are encouraged to walk, bike, or use public transportation, with information available on Bluebikes and the MBTA.

The MBTA recommends round-trip tickets for quicker returns, enhancing travel efficiency. These changes aim to manage traffic flow and ensure safety during the events. The city emphasizes alternative transportation methods to accommodate the influx of attendees.
