YOU Boston exceeded its goal by serving 161 youth in Summer 2025, a 24% increase over the 130-target. The organization focused on providing industry-specific training in fields like cosmetology and culinary arts, resulting in 32 participants earning industry-recognized credentials. Collaborations with over 41 partner organizations, including the Boston After Dark Initiative, facilitated community engagement through events where youth showcased their talents. SG, a participant, expressed gratitude for the program, emphasizing the importance of stepping out of comfort zones.
