From May 19-25, 2025, Valley Regional Fire Authority (VRFA) handled a series of emergency calls in Auburn, showcasing their essential services. On May 19, firefighters successfully delivered a baby boy, providing immediate care to the mother and infant before transporting them to Valley Medical Center. A minor fire at a dental office on May 20 was contained to a cabinet, sparing injuries. Two motor vehicle accidents on May 24 involved five vehicles and three patients, with two individuals requiring hospital transport. The Technical Rescue Team aided in rescuing two impaired teenagers from a wooded area on May 24, demonstrating their capability in challenging situations.

Firefighters also treated various medical emergencies, including a diabetic episode and a child with an arm injury. Each incident underscores the importance of quick response times and effective emergency care. VRFA's actions reflect their commitment to the health and safety of the Auburn community.
