On April 21, firefighters responded to an elderly man whose defibrillator activated, later transporting him to the hospital after he initially declined care. The following days saw VRFA treating five individuals involved in a multi-car collision, with one patient airlifted to Harborview Medical Center. Firefighters addressed illegal burns on two occasions, instructing residents on proper disposal of construction debris and yard waste. A female experiencing a possible overdose received immediate evaluation and transport to a local hospital.
