The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) has scheduled overnight closures on SR 167 in the Auburn area from March 19 to March 21, 2025, prompting drivers to prepare for disruptions. Starting just before midnight on March 19, southbound lanes will close between 15th Street NW and SR 18, with a planned reopening at 5 a. m. on March 20. On the following night, both northbound and southbound lanes will be shut down between Ellingson Road and Stewart Road/8th Street East from 10 p.

m. until 4 a. m. on March 21. These closures are necessary for ongoing roadwork aimed at improving the overall transportation infrastructure in the region.
