The Auburn School District invites students and families to a free ‘Welcome Back to School’ event on August 17, 2023, from 3-6:30 p. m. at Auburn High School. Attendees will receive food, vaccinations, and dental and vision screenings, along with backpacks, Bombas socks, and hygiene kits. A resource fair will showcase various community partners and district programs, including technology and athletics.

A local DJ will provide entertainment throughout the event, enhancing the community atmosphere. Transportation will be available from multiple district sites, ensuring accessibility for all families. This initiative, supported by Boeing, BECU, and WalMart, aims to foster community engagement and support for students returning to school.
