The following days included responses to multiple vehicle accidents, with one patient reporting neck and back pain after a rollover incident on Highway 18. On September 5, VRFA tackled a grass fire caused by a downed power line, ensuring the immediate area was evacuated and securing the line before extinguishing the fire. Firefighters also treated an elderly woman who fell and sustained a head injury, transporting her to St.

Francis Hospital for further care. An adult female experiencing stroke-like symptoms received on-scene evaluation before being transported to Harborview Medical Center.
