Police investigating home invasion in Mission, release photo of person of interest

The RCMP is investigating a violent home invasion that occurred in Mission on November 13, around 1:30 a. m. Suspects assaulted residents, employing pepper spray and a crowbar, resulting in injuries to the victims. One suspect, who was injured by the homeowner, was later found at a local hospital. After the incident, police attempted to stop a Dodge Caravan linked to the suspects, but the vehicle fled at a high speed.

The RCMP could not locate the occupants and are actively searching for two additional suspects. Authorities have requested that residents and businesses in the Whidden Avenue area check their security footage for any suspicious activities between midnight and 2 p. m. Anyone with relevant information or video evidence is encouraged to call the Mission RCMP. This incident highlights ongoing safety concerns in the community and the importance of vigilance among residents.
