Growing Italian restaurant brand set to launch first Vancouver location soon

Fred's Restaurant will open its first Vancouver location in Kitsilano, taking over the space previously occupied by Romer's, which served the community for 14 years before closing in late October 2024. Situated at 1873 W 4th Ave, the new venue is designed with an oak-wrapped dining area and includes a private space for intimate gatherings of up to 12 guests. The menu will feature a variety of approachable Italian dishes, including handmade pasta and pizzas, with popular items from other locations like Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe and Tuna Crudo. Luke Evanow, CEO of Catalog Hospitality Group, highlighted the area's vibrant community, expressing excitement about the restaurant's debut. m. to 10 p. m. , making it a new dining option for locals and visitors alike. The restaurant aims to create a welcoming atmosphere that celebrates good food and company.
