Driver fatally strikes pedestrian near Langley-U.S. border

The driver remained at the location and is fully cooperating with Langley RCMP, who do not suspect alcohol was a factor in the incident.

Two shoes belonging to the pedestrian were found on the ground near the vehicle, highlighting the tragic nature of the accident.
