" Ohio law strictly prohibits the manufacture or possession of 1. 3G fireworks without a specific license, highlighting the legal implications of such actions.

Residents can legally discharge 1. 4G consumer fireworks on certain days, provided local laws allow it and proper safety measures are followed.
