Oak Glens Martin headed to Fairmont State

Oak Glen senior McKenzi Martin signed with Fairmont State College to advance her academic and volleyball career. She played a key role in her team's triumphs, contributing to their W. Va. AA State Championship victory in 2023 and a runner-up finish in 2024. Martin earned All-State recognition in 2023 and 2024 and was named to the OVAC All-Conference team for three years.

Attending the signing ceremony were her parents, Bobbi and Bill Martin, alongside Oak Glen's head volleyball coach and assistant coach. Martin intends to major in nursing, reflecting her commitment to both sports and academics. This signing showcases the strength of Oak Glen's volleyball program and its ability to nurture talent. Fairmont State College is known for its competitive athletics and supportive environment for student-athletes.
