The 17th annual Christ Walk will bring together churches from across the Ohio Valley at the Sycamore Youth Center on Good Friday, promoting unity and fellowship within the Christian community. Organizers emphasize the significance of this event, which draws participants from various backgrounds, including local residents and visitors from international locations like Kenya and India. The gathering will kick off with worship led by John Airhart and the Impact Praise Team, featuring talented musicians from multiple local churches. Following the worship, Rev. Chad Thompson of Faith Community Church will deliver a message, setting the stage for a seven-mile journey of prayer and fellowship starting at 12:30 p.

m. Support will be provided along the route, ensuring all participants can engage comfortably. For those unable to walk, a post-walk service at Crossroads Christian Church will include worship and communion. The Christ Walk serves as a powerful reminder of the shared core beliefs among different denominations, emphasizing Jesus Christ's role as the Son of God.
